About God…

We believe that there is One God, expressed in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. He is all-knowing, all-powerful, and ever-present.

 About Jesus…

We believe that Jesus is the Son of God, fully God and fully man, was born to a virgin through a miracle of the Holy Spirit, lived a sinless life, voluntarily died on the cross to pay for the sins of people, was buried and physically rose from the dead before He ascended to heaven. He will return to judge all people according to their response to His offer of grace.

 About Salvation…

We believe that God’s creation was perfect until sin entered the world and distorted what God made. Sin separates us from God and the relationship He wants with us because He is perfect. Relationship with God can only be restored through the grace Jesus offered by dying on the cross in our place to pay for our sins. Each person must recognize his or her own need for forgiveness, turn away from their sins, and ask God to save them. Salvation is offered to everyone as a free gift from God and cannot be earned.

 About the Bible…

We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and is without error. It is the final authority on what is to be taught, believed, and practiced by the Church.

 About the Church…

We believe the local church is a body of baptized believers that God uses to train and equip His people, to do His work in the world.
